We are excited to announce the launch of our new online RentCafe resident portal for Fletcher Gardens!  We highly encourage current residents to sign up to pay rent, submit maintenance requests, opt-in to receive text message alerts, and fill out forms all from the comfort of home.

Fletcher Gardens serves the elderly (62 years and older) with 93 units in an 8-story high-rise building.

  • Residents pay approximately 30% of household income towards rent
  • Seniors cannot make more than 80% of the area median income to be eligible for assistance
  • Approximate waiting list time is a year or longer; we are unable to predict as it is purely based on availability of units.
