Introducing our new resident and applicant portal by RentCafe!
We are excited to announce the launch of our new online RentCafe resident and applicant portal for Peoria Crossing! We highly encourage current residents to sign up to pay rent, submit maintenance requests, opt-in to receive text message alerts, and fill out forms all from the comforts of home. Applicants are encouraged to apply through the portal.
Peoria Crossing is a transit-oriented development located a half mile from RTD’s A and R rail lines, numerous bus routes, growing employment sectors, neighborhood schools, and Sand Creek Park. The multi-modal project includes washer and dryer hookups, interior bicycle storage, a community garden, public art, an active playground, and fitness center. Qualified tenants can earn no more than 60% of the area median income.
Peoria Crossing was completely leased up in December of 2019, and with 12-month leases, we would not be expecting any opportunities prior to August, 2020. Life happens, and we do maintain an interest list. Please email for more information and availability.
