City of Aurora's Home Buyer Education Seminar
offers a variety of housing-related counseling services as well as educational seminars and financial assistance to help qualified, first-time homebuyers.


Colorado Housing and Finance Authority
Through a statewide network of approved lenders, CHFA offers:
Home purchase and refinance loans, grants and second mortgage loans for down payment and closing cost assistance. CHFA also sponsors free homebuyer education across the state in English and Spanish to help prepare for homeownership.​ ​​
