Village at Westerly Creek III (VWC 3) has 24 total units of 1 bedroom,
1 bathroom each, intended for seniors age 62 or older. It opened for occupancy in October of 2018. Applicants must make less than 60% of the Area Median Income. Some units are subsidized, but the waitlist is long.
When fully rented, we accept requests for the interest list. Rent starts at $1,249.00 a month (depending on program), with an initial deposit of one month's rent ($1,249.00, payable in up to 3 installments) and an application fee of $32.00 per adult.
