Prospective Landlords
Thank you for your interest in the Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Program. Hopefully, this section will provide you, the potential landlord, with the information you need regarding the Section 8 program. We maintain a free referral service where you can list your rental property. If you would like to list a property with the Aurora Housing Authority please download the following form and fax the completed form to:

Upon receipt of this document, we will run the unit to be sure it is rent reasonable for the area. If it is, the property will be listed. If it is not, we will contact you and let you know your appeal options.
