Participating Landlords
Thank you for your participation in the Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Program. Hopefully, this section will provide you, the participating landlord, with the information you need regarding the Section 8 program. See our “Landlord's Guide to the Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Program” if you have any questions regarding your current participation. This doucument should answer any questions you might need clarified.
If you would like your payments directly deposited please download the following form and fax it with a copy of a voided check to Alicia Tolman at 303-340-1972:
Direct Deposit Form
This form must be returned before the 25th of the month in order for the direct deposit to go into effect for the following month.
