Aurora Housing Authority / AHA Programs

Aurora Housing Authority

AHA Programs

The Aurora Housing Authority offers a range of housing opportunities to families and individuals with diverse needs. Subsidized housing is provided with funds through the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development's Public Housing Program, Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Program, Moderate Rehabilitation Program, and Project Based Assistance. Workforce housing is provided using the Low Income Housing Tax Credit Program. AHA also owns and manages comfortable and convenient market rate housing.

Housing Assistance

Approximately 2,000 individuals and families are currently being served by the Housing Authority. The demand for affordable housing is much greater than the supply. You'll need to check to see if we are currently accepting applications for the program you wish to apply for.
