Residences at 6th Avenue has 14 different floor plan styles with a mix of 1, 2, and 3 bedroom units. Twenty nine garages are available for tenant use at a reasonable monthly rental. All parking is first come first served in the tenant parking lots. The property is beautifully designed and landscaped inside and out, which encourages community activities. The clubhouse contains a party room, fully equipped weight and exercise room, and the Leasing Office.

Both buildings are key-only entry with an intercom system for guest access. Each apartment building has an elevator and a laundry room for community use. All units are handicapped accessible, have at least nine-foot ceilings, full-sized laundry hook-ups, central air conditioning and heating, dishwashers, garbage disposals, oak kitchen cabinets and pantries. All apartments have built-in emergency sprinkler systems, smoke detectors, and patios or balconies. All units are wired for multiple phone lines and have cable/internet hook-ups in all bedrooms and main living room. Some units have scenic mountain views.

The Residences at 6th Avenue is serviced by public transportation on both 6th and Potomac Streets and has quick access to I-225 for commuters going north or south. Within a one to two mile radius you will find: the Medical Center of Aurora, the Aurora Mall, the new Aurora City Place shopping plaza, Buckley Air Force Base, the Aurora Hills Golf Course, the Aurora Public Library, Judicial Building and History Museum, the Post Office, the Del Mar Park Pool, and several grocery stores, gas stations, car washes, city parks, and other major shopping outlets and stores.

Kimberly Apartments is a 24 unit property with 15 two bedroom units and 9 one bedroom units in two 12 unit buildings. The two bedroom units are approximately 775 square feet and the one bedroom units are approximately 675 square feet. The end units are larger at approximately 900 square feet. The units are three story brick construction. There is a small tot lot on the property for children. There is on site parking and one laundry room per building.

The Kimberly Apartments are located close to shopping, schools, churches and dining areas. There is a bus line (15 Local) within one block of the apartments. Aurora Central High School and Kenton Elementary and West Middle School are in the immediate area. Rents range from $425.00 for a one bedroom to $495.00 for a two bedroom unit.
