Self Sufficiency Case Manager

Immediate opening for a highly motivated case manager to assist homeless and formerly homeless families in developing and implementing self-sufficiency plans.  Help families set goals and related action steps as well as identify and partner with available community resources. MSW preferred. Maintenance Technicians

Job duties include, but are not limited to: 

  • Performs repair and maintenance work on property buildings and vehicles in order to ensure reliable operations.
  • Performs maintenance and repair work on property buildings from work orders.
  • Performs preventive maintenance work on property buildings.
  • Completes required documentation for work completed.
  • Performs vehicle maintenance including fueling, cleaning, and stocking of tools and supplies.
  • Attends meetings and Management Information sessions on a monthly basis.
  • Informs Property Managers of any issues observed in housing units.
  • On-call night and week-end work.

Position requires expert mechanical aptitude, solid interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate and interact with all levels of personnel and the general public. In addition, a solid knowledge of electrical and plumbing repair and maintenance, and basic carpentry skills. We will provide a minimum of three (3) months on-the-job training to perform the job effectively.

Works is in a residential environment and requires strenuous physical work.  Heavy lifting, pushing or pulling of objects up to 100 pounds occasionally and/or up to 50 pounds frequently is required.  

CAMT (Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician) and/or Associates degree in Maintenance or related field a plus.

Valid Colorado Driver License and Insurable driving record.
